Web Based Email

Click on the link below, then provide your user name and password. Your first time in will present you with your default settings. Just click SAVE and proceed to explore your email via the web. Email read from the web is not deleted from the server unless you 1) delete it during a web access or 2) Retrieve your email from a POP client like Eudore, Outlook, etc. Please manange your email responsibly. Logout when you are finished.

Update User/Password Options

Click on the link below to change your password. Accept the Security Certificate is asked. Enter your username and old password for entry. Select the LOGIN icon, then select 'Change Password'. Enter your old password and your new password twice. Press 'Change Now' then LogOut.

Setting Up Email

To setup your email client you must enter a POP (Incoming) mail server and a SMTP (Outgoing) mail server along with the User Name and Password provided.
The POP and SMTP mail server names are both;

mail1.tmwireless.com


OUTLOOK USERS

You will find the email settings under 'Tools', 'Email Accounts...' Select 'View or Change Existing Email Accounts'
Select 'Add' and select 'POP3'. Fill in the blank entries, 'Email Address' and 'User Name' are both 'yourusername@tmwireless.com'.
Do NOT select 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)'
