Network Status

Network Status

March 14, 2004: Internet data from remote/client sites are traversing the Barona Mesa network via the Barona Access Point through the Back Haul network and to the internet. Getting 41 mSec ping times to our remote server sites, about 6 mSec ping times to the Ramona Internet connection point.

March 13, 2004: The Back Haul Network is operational. We now have a high speed link to the internet to tie to the Barona Mesa Access Point.

February 2004: All was going well with the new T1 provider, then SBC decides that it is not worth their while to install a T1 on Barona Mesa siting that there are no businesses or future T1 potentials. That was not the story at the end of December. Another month and a half wasted. Implementing our backup plans to bring high speed internet to Barona Mesa.

As of January 15, 2004 the T1 line has yet to be installed due to fire damage repairs and provisioning issues. We are working hard to get the network active in the next month. We appreciate your patience. We are working to provide an interim solution until the full network can be installed. Watch for flyers in your area.
